Tidbit Tuesday: The Could Haves
I am going to try to get in the habit of posting more frequently, so I decided to dedicate certain days of the week to certain things.
On Tuesdays, I want to feature an interesting/strengthening/inspiring scripture, quote or thought.
Take one:
As we are going through life, it can sometimes be hard to recognize the hand of the lord in the things that happen, but trust me, it’s always there. I know I tend to worry about why certain things didn’t work out, but I shouldn’t. God has a plan for me and my life and I believe that everything happens for a reason. So don’t stress about it! Usually, when our plans for ourselves don’t work out, it is because there is something much greater in store for us later.

Trials Rid us of Artficiality
I love love LOVE this quote.
I really like the perspective it gives on trials and think it is something we all need to remember.
TRIALS ARE FOR OUR BENEFIT.
They refine us. They improve us. They change us in ways only trials and tribulation could. Personally, I think they are kind of awesome, although it doesn’t feel like it at the time.

Life as a Christian
I love this quote. Try to remember it and see if your actions represent what Christ would have you do. If you aren’t sure, just think “What would Christ do?” and do what he would… you will always make the right decision if you do that.
